Ordering your Pet Portrait from us is easy...
The Online Ordering Process:
- Once we receive your Order Enquiry, you will receive an email from us with further details on your custom order.

A non refundable 50% deposit is required before we begin the work. The deposit is credited toward the final order total and the remainder of the balance as well as shipping and *applicable tax will be due only after the final proof of your portrait has been approved.
We accept credit cards through PayPal; personal checks, certified checks and money orders made payable to Kierialoncass Arts. Once your deposit & pet's photo is received, we will let you know that your portrait has begun.
- When the portrait is complete, you will be sent a proof [via email] of the final portrait for you to review. Final payment is due only after you are completely satisfied with the proof of the completed portrait. Once final payment is received, your pet portrait will be framed, carefully packed and shipped to you!
