Please retain proof of purchase, receipt or packing slip, when your order arrives because you will need to send it for verification purposes along with the completed form "Damaged Product" before we can replace the item damaged.

Please retain proof of purchase, receipt or packing slip, when your order arrives because you will need to send it for verification purposes along with the completed form "Product Exchange" and the drawing you want to exchange before we can exchange any item.
